Thank you for considering TomDickandHarry as your supplier.  We know that you'll be excited to open the parcel, so we aim to deliver as promptly as possible.  The information below will give you a guide to your delivery options.  If you are in any doubt which is the best option, please call us on 020 3371 7716 (Mon-Fri 9am-6pm UK time).

The vast majority of the available products on our website are in stock and ready for despatch from our own warehouse, and are marked on the product pages and in the shopping basked as "In Stock" or "Low Stock"

Items which are temporarily out of stock, but are expected within a week are marked on the product pages and in the shopping basket "Shipping in 5-7 Days".   These are generally shipped within 7 working days.  If there is an anticipated delay in completing your order of more than 7 days, we will inform you as soon as possible.  You will have the option to change or cancel your order if you would rather not wait.


Our website will initially show you delivery options relevant to your current location.  Once you confirm the delivery location, these options may change.  For example, if you are ordering from the USA for delivery in the UK, only the prices and options relevant to UK deliveries will be shown (and vice versa).

 

United Kingdom, Isle of Man, Channel Islands

You have a choice of delivery options:

Standard Delivery- FREE DELIVERY OVER £100 or £3.95 per order + FREE RETURNS

Items in stock are delivered in 2 to 3 working days, and delivered via Royal Mail.  This not a guaranteed service and most orders do not require a signature.  You may designate a safe place or neighbour in case you are out, but this is subject to your local postman's discretion.  If the item is too large to fit through a postbox, and there is no safe place, the parcel will go to your local Royal Mail delivery office.  You may collect it from there or ask for re-delivery to your address.

If you need to return an item to us, please contact us within 28 days of receipt.  We try to make the returns process as simple for you as possible.  For large/heavy items we will arrange collection, but for smaller items, it may be more convenient for you to drop the package into a post box or at the Post Office.  We'll arrange the best method when you contact us.  There is nothing more to pay.  If applicable, we recommend that you obtain a proof of posting from your Post Office just in case the parcel goes missing.

Next Day Delivery - £7.50 per order + FREE RETURNS

Orders placed before 3pm will be despatched on the same day for delivery the following working day.  Orders are sent via Royal Mail's Special Delivery service and will require a signature on delivery.  Delivery will be made before 1pm.  If no-one is available to sign, the parcel will go to your local Royal Mail delivery office.  You may collect it from there or ask for re-delivery to your address.  Orders placed after 3pm will be dispatched the following working day. 

Please note:  Next Day Delivery is limited to items in stockand subject to Royal Mail's published service schedule.  Please scroll down for details of postcodes excluded from the Next Day Guarantee.  In case of severe weather disruption, Royal Mail may withdraw the service guarantee, in which case no refund of carriage charges is available for orders delivered late.

EU, Europe, USA & Rest of the World

Orders shipped within the European Union will include UK VAT, if applied.  All our products are in free circulation within the EU, and no further duties are payable.  Dispatched via Tracked & Signed For Airmail - from £9 per order.

Orders shipped outside the European Union generally fall below personal postal import  thresholds of many countries, but please be aware that you are liable for any local taxes or duties that may be raised by your own Customs authorities.  Dispatched via Tracked & Signed For Airmail - from £10 per order.

Items in stock are dispatched within 48 hours, and delivered via the postal system.  Orders are sent International Tracked & Signed For.  Delivery time to the EU is approximately 4 days, but this is not a guaranteed service.  Delivery time to the USA and the rest of Europe is 5 to 7 days on average, but may be delayed due to security checks.  This is outside our control.

We are happy to arrange courier delivery to any location and can supply a quote to you by return.  We will set up an individual shipping option for your basket.


 

Goods Lost In Transit


You must inform us within three working days if the goods are damaged in transit.   If you are concerned that goods have been lost in transit, please email (click here) or telephone +44 (0)20 3371 7716, and we will trace or replace your goods as necessary.

You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.

 


The UK Next Day service to the following postcodes is sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery and is subject to their published delivery schedules.
