Delivery Costs
We know that you'll be excited to open the parcel, so we aim to deliver as promptly as possible:
- Items marked "Availability: In Stock" or "Availability: Low Stock" are generally shipped within 1-3 working days.
- Items marked "Availability: Shipping in 5-7 Days" are generally shipped within 7 working days.
If there is an anticipated delay in completing your order of more than 7 days, we will inform you as soon as possible. You will have the option to change or cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
STANDARD DELIVERY - all destinations
UK FREE STANDARD DELIVERY: Delivery to you normally takes 3-5 working days from the date of despatch, however, you should allow up to 7 days.
You will receive email notification with tracking information (where applicable) when your goods are despatched.
AIRMAIL STANDARD DELIVERY OUTSIDE THE UK: Please
add the following transit times to the timescale above: We ship via AIRSURE (transit time typically 3-4 days) or AIRMAIL PARCEL SERVICE (transit time typically 5-7 days).
UK NEXT DAY BY 1pm - Special Conditions
- Please ensure your chosen items are shown "In Stock" or "Low Stock" before selecting the Special Delivery option.
- Please note excluded Postcodes below
- Your order must be placed by 3pm in order to be delivered the following day.
- Orders placed after 3pm Monday to Friday will be shipped the following working day.
- Saturday Delivery: Please call on 020 3371 7716 if you require guaranteed Saturday delivery
UK MAINLAND 48 HOURS - Courier Delivery
- Please ensure your chosen items are shown "In Stock" or "Low Stock"
- Mainland Service Only. Highlands +1 day.
- Your order must be placed by 3pm in order to be delivered within 48 hours.
- Orders placed after 3pm Monday to Friday will be processed the following working day.
- Mainland UK only. Please choose UK Next Day for Channel Islands and Northern Ireland
USA COURIER DELIVERY (1 - 2 Days) - Special Conditions
- Please ensure your chosen items are shown "In Stock" or "Low Stock" before selecting the Courier Delivery option.
- Your order will be shipped within one working day, with a transit time of 1 - 2 days.
- There is currently no weekend delivery option.
GOODS LOST OR DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
You must inform us within three working days if the goods are damaged in transit. If you are concerned that goods have been lost in transit, please email
(click here) or telephone +44 (0)20 3371 7716, and we will trace or replace your goods as necessary.
You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.
