Delivery charges will not be refunded in the case of a return (except in the case of order cancellations/withdrawals - please see EU Distance Selling paragraph below), however, should you request replacements for returned items, you will not be charged again for delivery.

EU Distance Selling Directive (Directive on Consumer Rights (2011/83/EC))
Returning Goods Bought as Special Offers
If you return a single item bought as part of a multi-buy discount offer (for example 'buy 4 for £100.00') you will be refunded the discounted value of that item. In this example, the refund would amount to £25
Good that are faulty on delivery should be returned within 120 days. A replacement will be sent as quickly as possible. If faults become apparent only after wearing or use, please contact us to discuss an appropriate solution: In some instances, goods are covered by the terms of the manufacturers warranty.
Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive. In addition to our terms above, you are entitled to withdraw from the sales contract and return the goods within 14 working days of receipt for a full refund, including the cost of delivery.
Do this by contacting us by email or telephone and quoting the order number supplied to you or using a standardised EU return form. Your refund will be paid within 14 days. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty or mis-described. Any goods returned should be in saleable condition and have the original tickets and packaging.
These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future. None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.
